So true Lisa. Most do get to closing without incident. It's just been a topic that's been discussed lately at our office sales meetings.

Alternative reasons for #3: The house burns down, or the buyer gets hit by a truck crossing the street, loses their job, or catches the spouse cheating & gets divorce. All these things and more can happen but, amazingly, a much higher percentage of transactions actually close with minimal excitement and fanfare. Thank goodness. I love this busines!! =)
