    Thanks for the mind dump John. How many people who already have an agent actually show up to open houses without said agent? what's your guess at the percentage? curious

    Thanks Dylan. I would say the percentage is high. The house I was at the other day was 100% (3 groups). If you have an agent, I believe they should be showing you the homes you requested. While I understand the "magnetic pull" an open house can have, at least know how to speak with the agent sitting the open house.
